"I looked for a long time to find an ATA approved compact case that would hold a lot, be easy to transport and set up, and wouldn't eat up a lot of room in the van. This is what I found. It was built by Kangaroo cases in Dallas. It's made out of 1/2 inch plywood covered with a plastic laminate and, it's a genuine ATA case. I had a Mackie 1604VLZ mixer (with rotopod) mounted in the top of the case, and three standard 1.75" rack space devices (Alesis EQ, Yamaha SPX90, and a Stewart power amp) installed in the front of the case.. I have had a lot of cases in the many years that I have been playing professionally - Anvil, Calzone, SKB to mention a few. None of them were as beautifully made and intelligently designed as this one. If I ever do need another case, you can bet I'll call you guys." |
