Well it's that time again...we are looking at everything we are doing here at our home base in depth. What our goals are and defining our clients (hopefully that's you) and their needs. This is an exciting time as well as challenging time for us all. We have been ahead of the curve here and are thankful for all of our existing loyal clients who are moving forward in spite of what others are saying -love ya media guys-and thankful for all of our new relationships. Kangaroo still caters to all types of applications including corporate, OEM, audio, video, lighting, aviation, medical and of course, the computer industry. We are setting new standards in flight case excellence by research, design and superior construction methods. I also have to mention our R and D area has been very busy and our new products, which you can locate going through this new and improved website, are already creating a strong interest.
I would like to propose a question: is a case just a case? I don't think so. Cases have been around for years and the quality in general has improved; OK at least from our point of view, and we should not be including the imports. Just this year for instance, Kangaroo Cases has developed a 're-assuring' assembly process that greatly improves and gives us an advantage over other case builders. We also started using special backing rivets, which improves our already well-built design. This is unique to the case industry. This simple change will actually keeps cost down on labor and makes for a better case. We are also developing a software package that will also be interactive and fast to get quotes out! These are just a few ideas that are coming to life. Saying we are superior and Kangaroo is all about quality and great customer service, although true, just seems so vague. There is so much more to what Kangaroo does than that. Just ask us we'll ramble on and on until you will place an order to shut us up! Just kiddin' there.
This is what I will say with all seriousness. Our commitment to excellence is and always has been relentless. We are more interested in a product that is higher in use value than cheaper in performance. We still believe that 'made in the United States ' should be a viable idea; don't you?
So, I will end this letter and say thank you for visiting our new website and being a part of our growth -20 years and counting. We hope we are creating a fun culture for your case buying experience.
