KANGAROO CASES ANNOUNCES THEIR NEW “RE-ASSURING” MANUFACTURING PROCESS & SELF-BACKING RIVETS Kangaroo Cases, in Dallas Texas, announces that they have upgraded their “Re-Assuring” clamping process during manufacturing. The “Re-Assuring” process is a special clamp Kangaroo Cases uses to clamp down tight the metal-to-metal, metal-to-wood and wood-to-wood connection points to insure that the cases connection points are very, very tight. David Chandler, the President, says “It’s the little extras we do all the way down the manufacturing line that makes our cases last so long. This process, along with the self-backing rivets and the way our cases are assembled, are the reason our customers feel that Kangaroo builds Superior cases.”
Kangaroo Cases are Superior
Superior Hardware All our hardware, from our recessed latches and handles, to our heavy duty corners are forge from zinc-plated steel for superior strength and reliability. We used offset latches and Low mounth latches. Our handles have thick grips and our recessed hardware conforms to the ATA shipping standards.
We use Birch wood ply, a dense and costly wood, which is the foundation of a superior case. We utilize ABS laminate which has a high impact resistance and strong, haircell-textured surface that is adhered using a 24 hour lamination process that eliminates bubbling. There is a choice of 15+ colors. We use 2&4 pound hard and soft foam, plus clean room foams. We take into consideration the fragility of the item, as well as the conditions of use to determine exactly how much foam is needed to protect your pieces of equipment. Custom-cut foam interiors protect whatever equipment that you need to ship.
Our craftsmen have been building ATA shipping cases for over 20 years. We have design cases to housethousands of pieces of equipment and since the we built our first case we have strived to built the best case on the market. We utilized CAD software and CNC computer-controlled routers to precisely cut your case. This technology allows us to be more accurate and more cost effective in production. Kangaroo Cases uses a special clamping system during manufacturing the ensures latches, braces, and case specs are very tight. Most importantly, we care about every case we build. |
